Return Policy

We only do returns for items that:

1. Have been lost in transit.
2. Arrived broken or damaged
3. The wrong item was shipped to you.

You must contact us with in 24hrs of receiving the product.

For broken or damaged products, you must contact us with in 24hrs of receiving the product. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with in certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Once processed, we will make your new order asap. Please allow for same time shipping your product took to get to you.
Conditions
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Bouncy Paws reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25%.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all
accessories.

Bouncy Paws is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Refunds & Credits

1. We only allow refunds for products that are faulty.
2. We Require the customer to mail the faulty products back to our address at their own expense.
